We are seeking a Fractional Integrations Specialist to design, develop, and implement custom API and software integrations that enhance system functionality and improve business workflows. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with experience in developing and managing complex integrations across various platforms and business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design, develop, and maintain API and custom software integrations.

-Work with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and define technical solutions.

-Create and manage data mappings and transformation processes between systems.

-Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure optimal system performance.

-Optimize existing integrations for better scalability and performance.

-Ensure data security and compliance standards are met across all integrations.

-Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align integration strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in API development and software integration.

-Proficiency in REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols.

-Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.

-Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Boomi).

-Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data management tools.

-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP, and marketing automation tools.

-Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, JWT).

-Experience with data transformation and ETL processes.
