Sales Development Representative - Internship

A growing SaaS-focused career platform is seeking motivated SDR Interns on the West Coast who want to break into software and sales while gaining real-world outbound experience. This internship is ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to build practical sales skills and get a head start in SaaS.
As an SDR Intern, you’ll support outbound efforts by booking introductory calls with colleges, universities, and software companies across the West Coast. You’ll play a key role in driving awareness and adoption of a platform built to connect students with high-performing software companies.
This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to outbound sales strategy, messaging, and pipeline development. Interns receive weekly coaching, structured feedback, and performance-based commission payouts tied to meetings booked and partnerships created.
This role is best suited for candidates who are coachable, organized, comfortable with outreach, and serious about pursuing a future career in software sales or go-to-market roles.
