Social Media Manager – Fractional

We are seeking a Fractional Social Media Manager to develop and execute strategic social media initiatives that enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven social media professional with experience in B2B SaaS and professional services.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage social media content strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Create, schedule, and optimize posts to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with business goals.

Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.

Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Manage community interactions, respond to comments, and foster online relationships.


Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in B2B or SaaS.

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn,

YouTube, and Instagram marketing strategies.

Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).

Ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.

Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing social media performance.

Ability to work flexibly on a project basis.
