We are seeking a Fractional Video/Media Producer to capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for B2B software and services organizations. This role is ideal for a creative and skilled video professional who can craft compelling visual stories that engage audiences on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content tailored for B2B audiences (video series, interviews, etc).

Produce promotional, educational, and thought-leadership videos optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.

Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop video concepts aligned with brand strategy.

Enhance video content with motion graphics, animations, and captions to maximize engagement.

Manage post-production tasks, including sound design, color correction, and formatting for multiple platforms.

Stay up to date with industry trends and platform algorithms to optimize video performance.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in video production, editing, and media content creation.

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve).

Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement strategies.

Ability to optimize videos for different social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.

Experience working with B2B or corporate content is a plus.

Ability to work flexibly on a project basis.

Must be based in Boston/Greater Boston.
